Hi, im getting my braces off in 3 weeks, and my teeth are not white at all... over the summer, i want to whiten my teeth so they will be really pretty by the next school year. What is a good way to do this? Any easy ways, like laser or something? lol

crest whitestrips would probably work just fine b/c you are probably young so the staining is just on the surface of the tooth. Crest now makes whitestrips that whiten in 5-10 days.

There are many different types of over the counter whitening. You can also go on ebay and do a search on bleach. I have seen a bleaching on ebay called opalessance. You can only get opalessance from a dentist, but on ebay you can buy it. It comes in 2 different forms, one is a syringe and you have to put the bleach in a tray (if you get clear plastic retainers from your orthodontist, you can use this). The other is an actual tray that you place in your mouth. It comes in melon and mint flavors.

Laser is expensive and the results do not last that long...I would try Crest Premium white strips...they are awesome and it only takes a week or so...also sonicare electric toothbrushes keep them white..and super clean
