How do I make a mixture of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda to whiten my teeth?

Can you guys give me instructions on how to do this?
Answer:
I don't know if you can. Yes, these are the two most popular ingredients claimed to be in today's toothpastes. But making it yourself...baking soda fizzes and dissolves when wet and hydrogen peroxide fizzes and becomes water + oxygen when exposed to certain catalysts. That's why it bubbles when you use it to clean a bleeding wound. I would suppose that if you added just a little peroxide at a time to the bicarb until you get a paste, much like I add just a spritz of witch hazel extract to bicarb when I make bath seltzers, then it wouldn't set off the reaction. You'll have to try.Let me know, I can't seem to find a toothpaste that isn't some flavor of mint. I hate mint, so I want to make my own toothpaste
never heard of it...sorry
Simply swish with hydrogen peroxide. Make sure not to swallow any, there is no taste (except the taste of water). After you spit give the bubbles a minute before you rinse to do their magic. Works great, especially over time.
stir it together...there you go.
Add enough peroxide to form a paste. Then brush. I use sea salt also. You can grind the dry ingredients together first if you use salt.
It doesn't make them chemically white, if that's what you want.
Lemon zest is good to grind with it too.
put a little of both in the cap of the hyd.. and mix it till it is pasty like tooth paste. Put it on your toth brush and brush. It can be thin but add more baking soda to thicken it.
Step 1: Get a cup or other container, a bottle of hydrogen peroxide, and a box of baking soda.Step 2: Pour both the peroxide and the baking soda into the container.Step 3: Stir.
