It is a harder way of doing things, but sprinkle a miniscule amount of baking soda in a cup and then apply it to the toothpate you are using. Do this every other day for three weeks and you may have whitening.
if you are looking for a cheaper way to bleach, crest whitestrips work really well..i use it and see a difference..and its cheap and just as effective as the dentist doing bleaching trays..seen many patients in the office that use it too...and i noticed a big difference in the whitness of there teeth...i use it because it is cheap and effective..
