Im 12 and if I use braces and I have underbite but know I dont have it anymore because I had rubber bands with my braces can my jaw grow ?

Not exactly - it is a bone but it normally will not grow - kind of like your skull - pretty much stays the same size your whole life.
the jaw stops growing at about age 14
but there will not be any major growth
the underbit will most likely not grow back
because your jaw has been corrected
and it should grow in the correct way
