How come when you have a cavity only sweet things hurt it??
Answer: Sweet and cold will hurt. Because the decay has caused the sensative part of your tooth (dentin) to be exposed. Cold and hot things hurt them, too. they have higher acidic levels. Pretty much they eat through teeth more
