How can I keep my teeth straight??

I lost my bottom retainer 2 days ago and I cant find it anywhere!!! and my teeth are already starting to change... any tips to keep them straight???
Answer:
The only tip is to go back to the orthodontist and get a new retainer made. It will probaly will not be free. But that is the only way your teeth will stay straight.
go back to the dentist...
idon't how old you r go wear braces
Go to the orthodonist and get a replacement retainer
Its not a good idea to use anything other then your own retainer to keep your teeth in place. Make an appointment to see you dentist ASAP
go to the dentist and get a new retainer is what I advise
go to an orthadontist immediatly and get another one..or else your gonna have to get braces all over agian that would be expensive!you need a retainer!
Yep, get back to the dentist. Without your retainer, your teeth will start to shift again. Your dentist could place a permanent retainer in for you. It is a piece of metal that is placed behind your front teeth and secured with white filling material. It isn't something that you can see and you don't have to worry about losing it anymore. Best of luck.
HELLO,
HAVE THE RETAINER MADE BY THE DENTIST. IT MAY BE A LITTLE TIGHT, BUT IT'S OK BECAUSE YOU'VE GONE W/O ONE FOR A WHILE. THERE'S NOTHING YOU CAN DO YOURSELF FOR THIS
