is there anything u could make with home supplies/ingredients to whiten your teeth??

Baking soda mixed with a little water to create a paste. This will not damage your enamal whereas Hydrogen peroxide will. You may also want to try whitening toothpaste that is approved by the American Dental Association. I say this because certain home concoctions may have undesirable affects when combined.

baking soda. put some on ur toothbrush, then get a LITTLE water...and if u need more, then just keep repeating. try not to eat or drink for @ least 30 minutes when u do this. cause if u ear / drink sumthin' it wont work as well! Good Luck!鈾?
