How can I find out if I have bad breath?

Answer:
HELLO BOOZER,
DESPITE WHAT OTHERS MAY TELL YOU ABOUT THE FAMOUS CUPPING YOUR BREATH OR LICKING YOUR WRIST TEST, THESE ARE NOT RELIABLE.
THE BEST IS JUST TO ASK SOMEONE WHO'LL GIVE YOU AN HONEST OPINION.
IT'S BIOLOGICALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO DETECT YOUR OWN BAD BREATH.
WHY?
BECAUSE YOUR SENSE OF SMELL IS IMMUNE TO THE CHANGES OF YOUR EXHALED BREATH.
IF IT WERE DIFFERENT EVERYONE WOULD ALWAYS BE CONSCIOUS OF THEIR OWN BREATH.
I read in a magazine to check for bad breath, you lick the inside of your wrist, wait a few seconds, smell it and it tells you what your breath smells like.
Besides breathing into your hand and smelling it, you will just have to ask someone.
lick the back of your hand and then smell
cup your hand exhale into it and then smell it.you decide
Ask your friends to be honest and blow your breathe in their face (LOL). Nah usually if someone smells your breath and your not talking, or if you can smell it. You might have something stuck in your nose and not know it. That can cause your breath to smell like #2and #3.
Ask someone!
say hoooooooooo in to your friends face:)
if you got a slap it means its bad.
It is very easy, just put your hand close to your mouth and nose, slowly exhale, you will smell your breath ,,,,
Bad breath is caused often because you haven't brushed and flossed well .If you don't keep teeth and gums free of the bacterial buildup, they'll start to cause odor as the bacteria rot leftover food particles in your mouth. A few seeds of cardamom chewed for a brief while will clear your mouth of bad breath. Chew parsley leaves, which are sure to keep your breath fresh.
