How do you prevent morning breath?

Answer:
I dont know how to prevent it but brush your teeth then use mout wash for about 1 min to rid it.
You dont.
Brush your teeth at night. You can also use MouthWash before you go to bed and dont eat or drink anything after you take it or it defeats the purpose.
you can try brushing you gums and tongue as well as the teeth and see if it helps
Brush and floss your teeth at least 2 times a day (morning AFTER breakfast and before bed after eating ) ALSO brush your tongue with a DRY toothbrush or tongue scraper/brush.
A tongue is like a sponge and it soaks up everything you eat and collects on your tongue. So you need to brush it off daily to help improve your breath. Also brush your inside of your cheeks.
Die in your sleep.
drink water before you sleep
You probably breathe through your mouth on a night.
If you feel really adventurous, you could tape your mouth with micropore tape. Try a small piece vertically in the middle to start with, then once happy you can tape the lot.
Sounds scary, but I do it as part of my Buteyko breathing excercises.
I would suggest checking with medical experts first.
brush and floss at bedtime, that will help. But the morning breath is cause by the bacteria in your mouth. and it is present all the time. best thing to do is brush, floss and use mouth wash first thing when you get upalso eating smelly foods like garlic will make morning breath worse.
Get up in the afternoon.
HELLO,
NOBODY CAN PREVENT HAVING MORNING BREATH, AND ANY ADVISE ANYONE GIVES YOU TO TREAT IT OR PREVENT IT WILL NOT WORK.
Bad breath is intensified when have not had enough water to drink. Your morning breath will be slightly less atrocious if you drink plenty of water throughout the day and before you sleep. But if you drink a whole lot right before you go to sleep, you'll have to wake up more often to get up and visit the John:)
