How do you fix bad breath?

Answer:
Bad breadth is also caused by stomach ulcers. So u need to take treatment for that as well.
Brush twice a day, floss at least once a day or use other interdental cleaning method and use anti bacterial mouth rinse. Make sure u brush your tounge once a day. Bad breath could be due to Gastic problems so if ur oral hygiene is good, check with ur doctor for gasteric problem.

D2B has great suggestions - also remember those dentist check-ups which may be necessary to eliminate the problem.
Plus, parsley works very well (and is delicious)!
Brushing and Flossing regularly is basic. Also brushing your tongue around once a day helps as well, including using a mouthwash. If you ever need a quick fix, you could just pop in a peppermint.
have you tried regular brushing maybe you should try after every meal
if that doesnt work then mouthwash would help after every meal
if not then see your dentist who will then decide if there might be an underlying medical condition causing the halitosis so it could be a prob with gums or gastrointestinal tract but only your doc can determine that all the best
A few seeds of cardamom chewed for a brief while will clear your mouth of bad breath. Chew parsley leaves, which are sure to keep your breath fresh. More useful remedies at http://useinfo5.blogspot.com/
Get a teeth cleaning. Use a tongue scraper. There's some with a brush on one end and a scraper on the other. Brush gently in a few directions then scrape. Brush with a soft bristle brush for about 2-3 mins. Floss daily. Sugarless gums help too. Drink plenty of water. Best to start with a cleaning though. =)
