How do you get bad taste out of your throat?

I recently had my wisdom teeth removed (thursday) and the antibiotic i have to take smells and tastes absolutely disgusting. I wouldn't complain about it though if the taste dissipated. It's been stuck in my throat for 4 days. It's not really my breath, but everything I eat tastes like it. I can't stand it. Please help!
Answer:
Listerine. Gargle and also brush your tongue a few times daily. Warm the Listerine or make sure it's not cold or cool so that you will not experience pain from your surgery. I had all four wisdom teeth removed and my jaw reset. I had the same issue and that's what the surgeon recommended. The bad taste and smell is the dried blood and pus that comes with the healing process. Hope it helps. Good Luck.
This may not sound inviting as well, but drink a tablespoon of baking soda mixed in with a small glass of water. You have to work your way up toward a better taste
drink a glass of orange juice when you take the antibiotic
